Custom fields
Custom fields are fields that provide additional information to the expense.
Vista
The custom fields that can be created in Captio from Business Central are: Job and Dimensions (Departament code y CustomerGroup code).
Custom fields can be created both at the report level and at the expense level.
You can also create custom fields in Captio and synchronize in Business Central through the action Synchronize data -> Synchronize custom fields in the configuration (Captio Connect Setup)
The data obtained from Captio are id, name, description and type.
The Deleted field indicates whether the field has been deleted in Captio.

Custom fields values
A custom list of values can be added to custom fields.
From the 'Custom fields values' screen, you can view the list of values for custom fields.
The information obtained from Captio is: id, code and name.
The Deleted field indicates whether the field has been deleted in Captio.
