Sales documents
Docuten eSign allows the direct creation of Documents
(Documents) from certain system sales documents.
The generation of these documents is done in several steps automatically when executing the action Docuten eSign > Create document
:
PDF file
: The report corresponding to the document configured in Docuten eSign Configuration is used to generate the PDF file.File storage
: AFile storage
(File storage) is created related to entity and document.Document
: TheDocument
(Documents) is generated and start the signature process.Signers
: A signers is created with customer data (email and name).Send to Docuten
: TheDocument
(Documents) will be send to Docuten if the fieldSend to Docuten automatically
is active in Docuten eSign setup (Docuten eSign setup).
