Documents

From certain system documents you can automatically generate pdf files that will be digitally signed on the Innova Online portal (Innova Online).

The documents:

• Sales quote
• Sales invoice
• Sales credit memo
• Service invoice
• Service credit memo

Sales quote

Sales quote view

You can generate a default report (Reports) for sales quote executing the action Actions > eSign ePDF > Generate document. This action execute next steps:

• Report creation: This action create a report with Report id. configured in eSign ePDF setup (eSign ePDF setup) for sales quotes and the field default report active.
• Apply filters report: This action apply the sales quote how report filter.
• Execute report: This action create a report entry adding the pdf file signed.

Warning

The fields Sales quote report id. y Sales quote Dataset must be configured in eSign ePDF setup (eSign ePDF setup).

Sales quote actions

After the report is generated, the following actions can be performed:

• Download document
• Send document by email
• Delete document

These are the actions:

• Generate: Generate a report, apply the sales quote filters and run the report generating a report entry with the pdf file.
• Sign: Sign the pdf file of the report entry associated with the sales quote if it has not been signed.
• Download: Download the pdf file of the report entry associated with the sales quote from the Innova Online portal.
• Send: Send the pdf file of the report entry associated with the sales quote to the customer email.
• Update: Updates the status of the report entry associated with the sales quote.
• Delete: Eliminates the report entry associated to the sales quote.

Warning

These actions are the same in Sales invoices, Sales credit memos, Service invoices and Service credit memos.

When the report is run, the most recent report entry is saved in the field Entry no. of the eSign ePDF section.
