eSign Facturae has a eSign ePDF workspace that brings together all the actions that can be performed from the solution.

My configuration

To change the workspace you must access My Settings (from the settings icon at the top right) and select the eSign ePDF role.

View

The workspace is divided into several zones:

• Navigation: It is located above and allows access to Setup, Sales and Posted documents.
• Actions: It is located on the right and allows quick document creation and task execution.
• Information: It is located below and shows different counters (Reports, Entries and Others). From the counters you can access the different screens.

Permissions

eSign Facturae has a set of permissions ESIGN EPDF to assign to users.
