Docuten eSign has several queries to facilitate document management in Docuten.

Documents

This query allows you to see the documents related to sales documents and their status.

DocumentsQuery

Documents fields

Fields details:

  • No.: Document no.
  • Title: Document title.
  • Posting date: Document posting date.
  • Status: Document status.
  • Customer no.: Customer from which the document is generated (for sales documents).
  • Document type: Document type from which the document is generated (for sales documents).
  • Document no.: Document no. from which the document is generated (for sales documents).
  • Document posting date: Document posting date from which the document is generated (for sales documents).

Documents navigate

You can access to Document (Document) from Navigate > Document.

Reminders

This query allows you to see those documents sent to Docuten with Expiration date indicated and pending signature. Only those whose Expiration date are close according to the date indicated in Docuten eSign setup Docuten eSign setup, field Reminder date calculation.

Fields details:

  • No.: Document no.
  • Title: Document title.
  • Posting date: Document posting date.
  • Status: Document status.
  • Expire date: Documetn expire date.

Reminders navigate

You can access to Document (Document) from Navigate > Document.

Reminders actions

The next signer of the Document ([Document] (../Documents/)) can be notified to indicate that the signature is pending and the expiration date is near.

This action use the data of section Send email from Docuten eSign setup Docuten eSign setup.

Warning

This action is different to action Actions > Document > Resend notification from Documents (Documents) and the action Actions > Resend document from signers (Signers). Both actions are managed by Docuten, while the action Actions > Send reminder email is managed from the system and it is necessary to have configured the SMTP Configuration of the system.
