Docuten eSign setup

Using the Docuten eSign solution requires pre-configuration. On this screen, the necessary data that is detailed below must be indicated.

API Docuten

In this seccion you should fill the fields Url APIy Clave API. These fields allow the connection to the Docuten portal.

These data are provided when registering in the Innova Online portal (Innova Online).

General

In this section you can fill the next fields:

  • Send to Docuten automatically: This field allows send to Docuten automatically a sales document (quote, shipment, invoice). A signer will be created with the customer data.
  • Reminder date calculation: This field is used to get the reminders of pending documents in Docuten. Documents with pending signature and whose expiration date is within this period will appear on the reminders screen..

Default reports

In this section you can fill the default reports that allow send documents automatically to Docuten. The reports are quote, order, shipment, invoice and credit memo.

Warning

When selecting a report, you can select a standard report or a custom report. In the case of being customized, the report must have the same origin (dataset) as the standard, otherwise it cannot be executed. In both cases, selecting the report saves the origin (dataset) in the field enabled for it.

In this section you can fill the default reports that allow send documents automatically to Docuten. The reports are contract, quote, order, shipment, invoice and credit memo.

In this section you can fill the series numbers for the entities: report templates, file storage y documents.

Send email

In this section should fill the next fields:

  • Reminder subject mail: The subject to send email for reminder a pending signature.
  • Reminder email body layout code: Use the standard email template functionality to create the custom template. You must use the report 7226678.
  • Reminder email body layout description: Indicates the description of the email sending template.
